I created the Presence Power Journal after a moment that stayed with me.
I walked into a conference room prepared, confident, and ready to lead. I delivered my briefing and stayed present. Still, the questions were directed to others as if I wasn't sitting there.
The silence that followed me out of that room felt heavy and familiar.
That night I sat at my desk and wrote every outcome I had driven that quarter. Every team I guided. Every decision I made.
Page by page, I saw evidence of leadership that had gone unnamed for far too long. That reflection became the first version of the Presence Power Journal.
Today, Proof and Presence exists to support women who know they are carrying more than anyone sees.
